SSShhhhh...

Don't talk to mommy. She's EDITING.

Honestly, folks-- that's all I've got. I got Making Promises to edit this weekend, and "Phonebook" to sneak in the middle, and my entire weekend has been a blur of my own words.

I sort of wish it was a blur of J.R. Ward's words. I REALLY wanted to read Lover Avenged.

I was also going to write a rather crucial letter tonight--but my vision is blurring, and I think I have to give up on the computer for an hour before bed.

Oh yeah. There were kids and shopping and blah blah blah blah...

But I have realized that I have to take something back.

I used to say that writing and knitting made me the most boring human.

I was mistaken.

What the writing and knitting couldn't do, the editing has done in spades. I'm officially too damned boring for words!

Oh yeah.Curious goes on sale tomorrow.

If anyone buys it, let me know what you think!!!

*Edited to add: Sherri-- DSP puts their anthologies out on Kindle-- no worries. It takes about a week!!!

Yay! Go Curious!

Editing is an alternate reality. Some male editors go check into a motel for a week and live on delivery food. Women can't do that. It's so unfair!

Looks like lots of good stuff in Curious - on my list to get!

Um, happy editing?! :)

Happy editing. You're that much closer to being done. (Is that like blocking?)

Hi, Editing is painful! But.. I have done the "check into the motel for a week" bit when editing. Sent my husband out to play golf! Not enough light in motels is what I finally figured out.

Do you know if Curious will be available at Amazon or if I'll need to figure out how to convert to a Kindle readable file?

Sherri-- hiya! No worries-- everything DSP puts out over novelette size goes to Kindle. It will take a week, but you don't worry about all of the conversion headache... it will be there.

Might editing means you are getting closer to publication so that is always a good thing :-) (and you could never be boring!)
